One of the biggest mistakes entrepreneurs make when hosting events is believing that success is measured by how many seats are filled. The right room is full of leaders who are ready for clarity, ready for transformation, and ready to grow. The people you invite should already be in motion. They should value what you’re delivering before they even walk through the door. Be bold enough to curate your room with intention. Be disciplined enough to say no to the wrong fit. Be confident enough to fill your space with people who are hungry for the next level. A smaller room filled with the right people will always generate more revenue, more impact, and more momentum than a packed room of the unqualified. Choose alignment over attendance. Choose purpose over popularity. Choose people who are ready for what’s next. Your business—and your audience—deserve nothing less.
