What do we think about the Claude team preferring HTML over marked down?

Might be a dumb question but can we use this structure to improve outputs from RAG? The reason I ask is because I think it might be a viable solution for schools to do some of this locally based only on their curriculum. There are serious concerns about data leakage. Any thoughts are appreciated.
