WHAT I HAVE LEARNED SO FAR
Here is what three weeks of building this publicly has actually taught me. The content is not the hard part. Showing up when nothing has happened yet, that is the hard part. I have posted every day. Views are coming in. The system is set up. The pinned videos are live. The strategy is clear. And here is what I keep coming back to that is exactly what this phase is supposed to look like. A few things I know now that I did not know when I started: The hook is everything. Not just on the video, in the caption too. The first line either earns the read or loses it. Full stop. Specificity converts. Vague content gets scrolled past. The more specific the detail, the time, the feeling, the exact moment the more someone sees themselves in it. That lesson alone changed every piece of content I write. TOF and BOF are completely different conversations. I was treating every post like it needed to sell. It does not. Most posts need to earn trust first. The sale comes after the trust. Not before. The chicken coop is apparently my brand now and I am fully committed. Still in the building phase. Still documenting everything. The commission is coming. I just have not earned it yet. — David Anyone else in this phase right now? Would love to know what week you are on.
