This is 100% legit. There are low costs, I started my first online business for under $60, one time purchase of the online income Masterclass and than professional email. I can give some pointers on saving as much as possible with setting up but there will be some cost.

There's really no excuse anymore
it is possible realistically to start an online business for just $190 a year. System IO is now $17 a month or 170 a year, and since you need a domain and email for marketing that runs you about $1.50 a month or $20/year for a professional domain and email, you don't need a website, system IO handles that with a very simple sales funnel.
