Help With Program
I'm a health coach and yoga instructor and want to level up my coaching skills to attract more clients and serve more people. Is this program suitable for me? I would love any advice! Thanks!

Embracing "I don't know"...
We often feel pressured to have all the answers—to be certain, confident, and knowledgeable in every situation. But here's the truth: It's perfectly OK to say, "I don't know." Saying "I don't know" isn’t a sign of weakness; it’s a sign of honesty, humility, and self-awareness. It shows that you're open to learning, growing, and exploring possibilities rather than clinging to the illusion of certainty. When we embrace "I don't know," we: 1. Create space for curiosity: Admitting uncertainty allows us to ask better questions and discover new insights. 2. Build trust with others: Authenticity resonates more than pretending to know it all. 3. Relieve unnecessary pressure: Accepting that you don’t have to know everything frees you to focus on what truly matters. Next time you’re unsure, try responding with "I don't know, but I’d like to find out" or "I don’t know, but I’m willing to explore." This small shift can transform uncertainty into an opportunity for growth. As a coach, this has removed a lot of pressure from me in coaching sessions. I am not afraid to tell my clients "I don't know if I can help, but I'd love to try" Remember: You don’t have to have all the answers—sometimes, not knowing is where the real learning begins. Make today extra amazing! 🫶🏼

Day 37

That’s right!
Question
I had asked previously if it was even realistic for me to consider coaching when I'm not fully healed myself and this kind of goes along with it.. how do I look for blind spots in language or double binds the way it does in his coaching sessions if I cannot readily recognize those? I was relating more to the client and could understand what she was saying and didn't realize it was a problem until Ed pointed it out. So how can one coach like that or help someone if you can't recognize it easily the way he does?

I don’t think we ever fully heal. I think we can always help and coach people who are a few steps behind us. You can stay in integrity and help people with the knowledge you already have. It just takes the reps to be confident in ourselves. Hope that helps. 🥰
