Oh my good 🥵, it was very very very challenging for me, I'm going on a trip tomorrow and I'm scared that I won't be able to walk around 🤣 ( it's meant to be a joke, I hope it won't become reality 😂).
Slight Sweat Today
Let’s pick up the pace and get a light sweat going. A short, quick session to boost mood, energy, and get the body working. A little sweat can go a long way. Move with purpose and enjoy it.

Today we begin with a 10-minute Qigong practice. Connect your breath to each movement. Stay present. Move and flow with strength and steadiness in both body and mind. Set a simple intention: this week will be incredible, no matter what happens around you.

It was amazing. Super slow. I'm surely getting stronger thanks to you. I got so strong, that I even managed to broke our shoecabinet, becouse I used too much force🤣. My husband told me it can't be repared ( he wasn't very happy 😂).
