Saving Chats in ChatGTP
Hey y'all, I have noticed that a lot of people have been asking questions on how to save chats in Chat GPT. When you start using chatGPT more and more and start for each subject a new chat you will end up with a list of conversations that will make you scroll a lot, even with the search bar. I wanted to share with you one of the things that I often do just before I close a conversation. When I am done with a subject / chat conversation and I have obtained the outcome that I wanted (or when a chat is becoming way too long and I am afraid that ChatGPT is starting to forget the beginning) then I ask for a report of the whole conversation. In attachment you can find a rather extensive prompt that works for me. This will generate a conversation report in detail that I then can copy into a text file.

💡 The One Skill AI Will Never Replace (And Why You Need to Get Better at It Right Now)
AI can write your emails, analyze your data, and generate your presentations. But there's one skill it can't touch and that's the skill that will determine whether you thrive with AI or get left behind. It's not coding. It's not "being technical." It's not even "understanding AI." It's judgment. The Shift Nobody's Talking About We're watching a fundamental change happen in real-time, and most people are focused on the wrong thing. Everyone's asking: "What tasks will AI replace?" The better question is: "What decisions will AI force me to make?" Because that's what's actually happening. AI isn't replacing your work—it's replacing the easy parts of your work and leaving you with nothing but decisions. Think about what you do all day. How much of it is execution versus deciding what to execute? Before AI: - Spend 20 minutes writing an email - Spend 2 minutes deciding if the email says what you need With AI: - Spend 20 seconds getting a draft - Spend 5 minutes deciding if this is the right message, to the right person, at the right time, in the right tone The balance just flipped. AI handled execution. You're left with pure judgment calls. And here's what we've learned: Most people are really bad at this. What Judgment Actually Looks Like Let's get specific about what we mean. Judgment isn't "gut feeling" or "intuition" or "experience." Those matter, but judgment is something more concrete. It's the ability to: → Know what "good" looks like before you see it You can't just evaluate AI output, you need to know what you're evaluating it against. What's the goal? What's good enough? What's the standard? → Weigh trade-offs without perfect informationShould this email be short or detailed? Formal or casual? Is it worth taking more time to polish this, or is "good enough" actually good enough right now? → Understand context AI can't see AI doesn't know your company culture, your relationship with this client, what happened in the last meeting, or what political dynamics are in play. You do. That context changes everything.

Now this is what I call pure gold. Great opinion, this shows exactly what the pitfalls are and that AI is not flawless. The way you interact and the examples you give tot any AI model or tool will determine the output. Never take an AI generated answer for granted but be sceptic and critical. Think what you will ask and what the output is that you would like to have. No matter how intelligent any AI system will be or get, it has no ability to look into your mind.
Best. Day. Ever. So Grateful
The energy, the breakthroughs, the transformations — unreal. Thank you all for showing up, doing the work, and playing full out. Now’s the time to lock in this momentum. This summit was not only insightful but very inspiring. This will give AI adoption a boost and more important a way to put this new technology at work for each and everyone of us to find personal and professional gains in time saving.
Still buzzing & see you tomorrow
I was home with the family today, trying to play catch-up after what’s been one of the busiest 90 days of my career. Reflecting on AI Advantage, I think what made my favorite event of my 30 years in this industry—is that it brought heart and soul into something that can often feel intimidating or purely technical. Every speaker brought something unique and special. Combine that with your energy, this killer community—and it was simply unforgettable. Reading hundreds of your comments today reminded me why Tony and I do this and just how much this meant to all of us. Thank you. 💙 But… we realized we weren’t quite finished yet. 😏 There were a few questions we didn’t get to—and a few lessons you still need to learn. So… we’re doing a surprise live session tomorrow! I’ve invited four incredible guests—including Dallas, the AI Surfer (yes, back by popular demand!)—to join me live in the studio, plus a few more surprises. Look out for a special link in your inbox tonight or in the morning. Can’t wait to see you there. 🚀
