For example, I’ll say: “My system costs about 2–3 days of your employee’s monthly wage” or “roughly half of a secretary’s salary.” That framing makes it much easier for CEOs to evaluate. They’re not comparing you to software anymore - they’re comparing you to human cost. It feels clearer, more concrete, and much easier to say yes to than just throwing out a random monthly number.
