I've been in Europe for the last few months and it was the best stretch I've had in a long time. Half my family is Slovenian so a lot of it was time with people I only get to see every few years. The rest was travelling around, seeing cities I'd only ever seen in photos, eating way too much, and getting a proper break from sitting at the same desk every day. The thing I didn't expect was how much I got done. I was working out of apartments, trains, and airport lounges with a laptop and nothing else, and it was probably my most productive period all year. Most of that time went into AI employees. I built out the systems that now run a big chunk of my business without me touching them. One that tracks how every piece of content I post actually performs and tells me what to make next. One that handles the posting itself. A dashboard that shows me the state of everything in one screen. All of it Claude Code, memory files, and skills. No expensive tools, no complicated setups.
