You know who didn’t automatically recognize God’s voice? Samuel. He was serving in the temple.He was under spiritual leadership.He was doing the right things. Yet when God called him, he missed it, not once, but three times. Why? Because learning to hear God is a process. Many people read their Bible, attend church, pray, and still struggle to discern God’s voice because life is loud. Thoughts are loud. Opinions are loud. Fear is loud. What helped Samuel was a mature voice and practical instruction. That’s what we’re doing tonight. Hearing God’s Voice, The Foundation.We’re not staying on the surface. Alright family, let’s talk about where we’ve been and where we’re going. Where We’ve Been: Last month we laid the foundation with Prophetic Identity. We talked about who you are beyond the gift, why your character is the container for the anointing, and how to separate your worth from your accuracy. If you haven’t reflected on that teaching and sat with the Lord about it, go back and do so. He’s got something to say to you. I’ve received a lot of DMs about our first live session and I was extremely blessed by what you all shared. But here’s the thing—what you’re sharing with me in private? That would bless others too. Don’t be afraid to share in the group. Your breakthrough might be someone else’s permission to press deeper. Where We’re Going: Now that we’ve established who you are, we’re moving into how you hear. On Thursday, February 12th, we’re going live for Month 2: Hearing God’s Voice - The Foundation. Here’s why the order matters: - If your identity isn’t settled, you’ll hear God’s voice through the filter of your insecurity. - You’ll second-guess everything. - You’ll be looking for validation instead of revelation. - You’ll mistake your desperation for direction. But when you know who you are—when you’re grounded in your belovedness—you can hear God clearly. You’re not scrambling for a word to prove your worth. You’re not performing. You’re just listening. That’s why we started with identity first. Now we get to build on it. A Few Things to Note: We’re just scratching the surface.
