@Lucas Oliveira Ahhh, Brazil, we are cousins, haha. 2 other countries I definitely want to visit (and Australia too!). I don't plan to start my own community at the moment, but rather contribute to and connect with many of the great ones that already exist. However, I am old enough to know that one should never say never. 😂 My goal is to share best practices, opportunities and lessons learned from what's worked for me as an investor and licensed Realtor, share with colleagues and clients opportunities I would invest in. My biggest challenge is that I want to buy everything, like Monopoly (one of my fav games growing up!), but I keep running out of capital, haha, so instead of letting these great opportunities get away, I'll share them with my network. Congrats on your success while maintaining your health & fitness. Those are my goals as well. Fitness should be part of a daily routine - like a "million dollar client", it's in my calendar, working around it, and I do not cancel unless it's super urgent! Without our health, we have nothing - especially with the travel bug, I want to be mobile!! I look forward to learning from each other.

@MJ Berst OMG as if you chose pizza as the food reference (my fav food) and two great states that continue to battle that out... haha If I had to cast my vote, it would be NY, only because it was the most recent trip and the deliciousness is still in my mouth memory compared to Chicago which was back in 2022. Yes it was Molson Park, that has been sold and commercialized into a outdoor retail plaza with shopping and restaurants called Park Place. Since then, Barrie has grown from ~25k people to over 210k people, and is continuing to grow. At one point it was Canada's fastest growing city. It remains one of Ontario's fastest growing cities, because of it's consistent above average growth. Not a sports fan to watch at all actually, I prefer to play rather than just sit there watching it on TV! Live games are fun Basketball, and European football, although this year with the Jays doing so well, baseball was fun too. ;)
