Yes (at the moment 😉). I've rekindled an early morning practice as I'm doing a specific course at the moment that I've chosen for CPD and it's reminded me how helpful I personally find it. The day (for us all) seems to go that bit more smoothly when I incorporate some stillness for me at the start of the day and my energy is definitely subtly different on the days I choose a warm bed instead... It's all practice and being aware of subtle differences 😊
