AI SUCKS!
Claude makes more mistakes that I catch than GPT...Wait, GPT is the old model and doesn't keep up with Cluade. Wait, we need to make a 2nd brain. Hold up, you have to be careful about the permissions you give all of them or they steal everything. Wait...You need to be careful about how to prompt. And here we go. Buyer's don't care you drove them to 9 houses
The psychology of a buyer is not about you driving them to a house. In fact they don't think 1 thing of it. they don't go home and say, ohhh wow he spent 3 hours and 9 houses, I have to use him. What they say, is that was nice she did her job and now that I am ready to buy, I am going to go to the person who had the best process and made me feel like I could trust them. If you miss this step you lose. The buyer presentation that I built, by doing 200,000,000 in sales, wasn't by accident. It is a master class in psychology that gets the buyer the info they need, the info you need and to their goal. this converts faster for you and your bank account. So wy don't you want a process? Fear of change. You don't believe your personality could fail you. You have tried things that were just knock off's of knock off's of knock off's. nothing that was built with intention and authenticity. So do you love being teh uber whose ghosted or would you prefer to bne the agent who has the right process? Remember it is all emotions backed by logic not logic backed by emotion. Truth someone picks another agent. That means you lost bc you were not good enough. It’s not the commission or price it was you didn’t convince them you were better. You lacked the conviction.
