Does anyone have any tips on how to stop diving on your knees. Don’t get me wrong like it still does the job and I still save them but my knees are ruined I have astro burn scars all over them🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Today was my new EJA's teams first win. We worked as a team and actually pressured more. We won 12-0 i didn't have much to do but still was involved. We were awarded a penalty on the last quarter most of my teammates were calling me to take it but 1 of my coaches and his son who is a defender told me i wasn't allowed which I was disappointed about as would of loved the opportunity.

Grayson stepped into an under 13’s session last night and his confidence in playing out from the back went through the roof. Which has left be pondering to things 1: is he being over coached within his own age group and therefore over thinking as opposed to playing in the moment. 2. Did the capability of the players around him allow him to to have the opportunities to play the ball. On reflection, I think it was a bit of both but regardless he is super excited now and full of confidence.

My high school varsity team will have 3 left footed forwards this season. As a GK how would you feel about facing all left footers? Would it throw you off?
