Temu is straight-up killing generic dropshipping—why would anyone buy from your Shopify store when they can get the same thing for half the price, faster? If you're still running the old AliExpress model, you're either adapting or already dead. The only ones surviving now are those who build real brands or sell what Temu can't. Thoughts?
