Looking for Dynamics
The work itself is fairly low-key. Previously, we had one team member in this role - an NYC-based U.S. citizen - and we collaborated successfully for over a year. He eventually received a full-time offer from a client he connected with through our projects, so the role has been open for about a month now. Yes, that client is a former client of ours. When he received the full-time offer, we simply couldn’t compete with it - and we didn’t want to stand in the way of a great opportunity. We believe everyone should pursue what’s best for them. All of our clients are paying clients; we don’t work on spec or contingency. A typical project is around $10,000, and after Platform fees and development costs, we net approximately $8,000. We generally close 2~3 projects per month. You would either set up or use your own U****k account under your name, with full control, and handle client calls and communication. I would take care of all the coding and project delivery. We’d split revenue based on our respective contributions - typically, your share would be around 15–20% for providing the Upwork account and managing communication, which comes out to roughly $2,000+ per month for about 3–4 hours of work per week. Everything would be completely transparent on your end. You’d have visibility into every message, proposal, and payment. I’d never need access to your password or banking information. If I help with proposals or profile setup, we’d do everything over screen share so you can see exactly what’s happening in real time. The work isn’t technical and shouldn’t take much of your time. You’d just need to keep a dedicated PC running at home so I can manage the account remotely. If you don’t have an extra computer or prefer not to use your primary machine, I’m happy to help cover the cost of a dedicated PC. I would like to meet and talk with dynamic individuals on a platform focused on dynamic topics. Best, Pedro

Client Operations Associate (Remote, Part-Time | US Only)
We’re a small, long-running development studio working exclusively with paying clients. Our projects are steady, collaborative, and intentionally low-stress. We’re opening a part-time role to support client communication and day-to-day coordination. This position focuses on client-facing work rather than technical execution. You’ll handle communication and scheduling, while our internal team manages all development and delivery. Who this is a good fit for * US-based professionals seeking flexible, part-time work * Strong communicators who value clarity and trust * Comfortable working independently and responsibly * Able to balance this alongside other commitments This role previously existed for over a year and concluded only because the team member accepted a full-time opportunity elsewhere — a move we fully supported. If this sounds aligned with how you like to work, we’d be happy to start a conversation.

Meaningful Side Gigs
Hello Skools. I wanted to reach out because I'm growing my small business and could use some help from others who are seeking side gigs. I'd say this is more of a collaboration than a traditional hire. The work itself isn't super technical, and it doesn't eat up a ton of time - I've had people work with me while holding down full-time jobs without any problems. They were able to make some solid extra income without it interfering with their main work, which was exactly what they were looking for. The role itself is quite low-key and proven to work well. In the past. My focus is on a small number of long-term projects, typically running for several months or longer. Each project usually operates at a budget of around $10k per month, which allows for stable and predictable collaboration. If you're curious and want to know more, I'm happy to jump on a quick call or exchange a few messages to see if it makes sense for you. And if it's not your thing, no worries at all. I appreciate you taking the time to read this either way. Hope to hear from you!
