I wanted to reach out because I'm growing my small business and could use some help from others who are seeking side gigs. I'd say this is more of a collaboration than a traditional hire. The work itself isn't super technical, and it doesn't eat up a ton of time - I've had people work with me while holding down full-time jobs without any problems. They were able to make some solid extra income without it interfering with their main work, which was exactly what they were looking for.

The role itself is quite low-key and proven to work well. In the past. My focus is on a small number of long-term projects, typically running for several months or longer. Each project usually operates at a budget of around $10k per month, which allows for stable and predictable collaboration.
