A Personal Update from My Healing Journey 🌿 + What’s Next for Our Community
Hey Family, How’s everyone doing? šŸ’› We’ve missed you — truly. It’s been quiet on our end for a reason, and I wanted to reach out personally to share where I’ve been, what’s been unfolding, and what’s coming next. After my last 10 days in darkness retreat, I became extremely sick with black mold poisoning. It reactivated several of my autoimmune markers — Epstein Barr, CMV, ANA — and completely disrupted my gut, leaving me unable to digest food for a while. It’s been a profound, humbling season of realignment and surrender. As many of you know, the darkroom experience holds a very special place in my heart. But unfortunately, the facility had declined over time, and I eventually discovered visible black mold above my ceiling — a literal and symbolic ā€œdark cloudā€ over my life. At the same time, I’ve been working on what I believe to be our most powerful project yet — the 12-Month System Upgrade Series. This contrast between deep inner darkness and visionary creation has been… real. We’ve faced not only health challenges but financial ones too — and I share this not for sympathy, but to remind each of you that we’re all going through it, and we’re going through it together. 🌌 I’m endlessly grateful for this community, and for the circle of incredible healers and friends who’ve supported me through this. This past week, I’ve been in Sarasota at Dr. John’s Advanced Rejuvenation Clinic, undergoing some of the most advanced regenerative protocols — including methylene blue IV, PC choline, ozone therapy, peptides, light and biophotonic energy work, and most importantly… friendship, laughter, and ocean time with loved ones. This experience has reawakened a deep drive in me to reconnect — and to serve from an even more embodied place. @Wayne McDaniel YES :) Gary is incredible in this and Wayne totally get it. The part that is most unknown to me is that breath is non-religious. We like you access UNITY as our main intent for life no matter which religion people come from. We look at life as striving to be better on all levels of being where if someone decides to be religious thats ok too :) But totally understand how hard that must be because the unfortunate level of pre-wiring our mind that religions can do makes people forget the discernment of what is simply coming from love and what is coming from fear. Sending you much love brother and also here for you in any ways I can!

Hey Family, It’s finally here! After many of you asking, we are starting to film simple and powerful practices for our kids — because they are the future. šŸ’« In this first video, you’ll see me guiding Bodhi and Bella through an easy breathwork sequence designed especially for children. This practice is simple, playful, and deeply effective: 1. Start Small — Invite your child to take 5–10 deep inhales. 2. Hold on the Exhale — After the last breath, let them exhale fully and hold. 3. Hold on the Inhale — When they can’t hold anymore, have them take one more deep breath in and hold. 4. Repeat — Move into another round, gradually increasing from 10–15 breaths, then a third round that can go even longer. 🌟 The key is intention. Encourage them to set a little focus — peace, joy, calm, or even just ā€œfeeling goodā€ — and let the breath carry it through their body. This is such a beautiful way to introduce kids to self-regulation, presence, and the magic of their own breath.
