Hey Family,
It’s finally here! After many of you asking, we are starting to film simple and powerful practices for our kids — because they are the future. 💫 In this first video, you’ll see me guiding Bodhi and Bella through an easy breathwork sequence designed especially for children.
This practice is simple, playful, and deeply effective:
- Start Small — Invite your child to take 5–10 deep inhales.
- Hold on the Exhale — After the last breath, let them exhale fully and hold.
- Hold on the Inhale — When they can’t hold anymore, have them take one more deep breath in and hold.
- Repeat — Move into another round, gradually increasing from 10–15 breaths, then a third round that can go even longer.
🌟 The key is intention. Encourage them to set a little focus — peace, joy, calm, or even just “feeling good” — and let the breath carry it through their body.
This is such a beautiful way to introduce kids to self-regulation, presence, and the magic of their own breath.
