I’m planning on doing science fair for the first time this year, I’ve done solo projects on my own but not too large. I’m wondering how hard it is to make isef and if I should do it with a group or by my self and such. I’m more of a math or physics guy and was wondering if it’s hard to make it in those topics and stuff. I’m also based in texas so like is tsef really competitive. I’m also wondering if I should get a professor mentor or do it independent/only with group.

I haven’t studied for amc 10 and aims since February, I feel I’ve forgotten a lot what do I do to prepare my self now on to relearn in order to qualify for jmo by next year.

I think I can likely get ranked by 12th start but I can’t know for sure since ranks release during 11th, there are these things called ranked classes which mean that only those classes factor into rank and most of them u can only take 11th/12th mainly 12th so I was wondering that my rank will likely be higher than the time I submit and do ranks constantly update like will it update again with my new classes in 12th and what I get for the semester maybe? And if my rank raises after college applications are over can I still tell them somehow?

I just want study resources to learn the content before the year so I’m prepped, I’m not worried about the exam yet I’m more worried about the class

I’m a freshman currently taking algebra two, I will be taking ap pre cal next year if I don’t wish to skip it. I want to know if it’s a good idea to take ap calculus bc next year. I’ve been very good at math getting straight hundreds and averages in my class have been 80s- low 90s and I go to a primarily indian very competitive school. But I don’t know if I’m gonna be good at calc bc and that sort. I do competitions like amc 10 and aime but I wanna know if it’s worth it. I know it will look better and stuff but the thing I’m most scared about is that if I don’t take calc bc next year I’ll have to take ib math analysis and calc bc in 11th and I’m already planning on doing a lot that year so yea. I’m taking ib math in 11th and 12th cus I run out of maths senior year and I wanna do a math each year. Is it worth it, like can I max if not at least get an A and do you think studying rigorously during the summer is enough if I do take it.
