This is a short clip from a podcast conversation I had with Lidia Axe from Skool HQ, and it's worth a listen if you're running a community and wondering why traffic is fine, but engagement has gone flat. The core idea: people need to see your face. A client of mine had fixed his traffic problem, but engagement was still low, and the fix wasn't more posts; it was putting on an event. Lidia and I also get into something most community owners miss, which is what happens when you present in someone else's community. Members who'd never heard of you before see you run the session, and a good chunk of them go and join your community off the back of it. Some go premium. Some become clients.
