How engaged is your community?
Did you know you got engagement metrics here on Skool? Where is it? On your Leaderboards! Look at your all-time members. ๐Ÿ‘‰ How many points does that first one has? And the second and third? - That indicates how much you are engaging your members. Each level up from the top ones is a good indicator on how mature your Community engagement is. ๐Ÿ‘‰ How many points has the last one on the all-time - That indicates the overal engagement of your Community. Ideally even your 10th place is at least on level 2, so you know you have more than 10 people interested on being part of your group. ๐Ÿ‘‰ Compare the first places between the all time and 30-day and 7-day - If there is too much difference between the 3 it means that you can't retain the engagement of the members who enter your Community. People engage at first but than loose interest. So, based on your leaderboards, how engaged is your community?

@Eric William for me it's definetelly engaging. My page is not too optimized for discovery and I personally stoped caring about it.
Hi all, Iโ€™m Eliot from Nottingham ๐Ÿน ๐Ÿฐ
Iโ€™m so glad to be here and looking forward to meeting you all and hearing more of your stories. I run a community called The Marketing Common Room, where we learn, practise, and grow our marketing together through weekly calls, challenges, and sharing creative ideas. ๐Ÿฆ„ Favourite colour: Blue and purple, the perfect mix of calm strategy and creative energy (which pretty much sums up marketing too) also love a good gradient. ๐ŸŒˆ Favourite Pokรฉmon: Mewtwo for the power๐Ÿ’ฅ Squirtle for the teamwork ๐Ÿ˜Ž ๐Ÿ› Current Skool challenge: Growing the community with more members and engagement while figuring out how to add real value for free members and plan for monetisation. Excited to connect, share ideas, and keep learning from everyone here! (And yes, we still have a Sheriff of Nottingham ๐Ÿ˜ƒ)

Hey Eliot. I still don't know what this community is all about. Is it a skooler's happy hour?
Membership questions strategy
I think everyone can use the 3 question in a different way, but I personallly recomend this strategy: - 1 question to ask for email or number so you can keep communication outside of skool - 1 multiple choice question so you can create a chart and get insights on why people are joining and how you can help them - 1 open question so you know about someone's intention on joining and possibly disqualify them if they don't fit in your community or look scammy What do you think of that approach?
Membership questions strategy
If you have a community, with how many members did you start?
Did you build a waiting list or did you start right away? How many people did start the party with you? Let me know in the comment below!

I'm sitting at 10 members. Half are people that I know in person, and the other half from skool. Around 3 people joined without me approaching. I'm testing a lot of stuff still and looking for feedback, as with this little people, I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or just being impatient.
