Hello, and welcome to this Skool community: Vinyasa Yoga Basics. My name is India, and I'm the host of this community. I earned my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) certificate online from YogaRenew, a studio based in Hoboken, New Jersey, and I continue to study with them daily. They offer weekly Zoom classes for yoga teachers, which focus on topics including how to create and teach a meditation class, how to create and teach a vinyasa class, philosophy, anatomy, etc... I am also working on my 300-hour YTT. All of this to say that I am always learning more, and I'm eager to share that with you and support your learning, too. Please introduce yourself!
