One of my clients had changed his cards multiple times before we launched his facebook campaign, so when we launched facebook detected 'suspicious activity' and disabled the account. Now it requires him to show a bank statement showing facebook charges on the card he connected. Only thing is, there's no payments made as we hadn't started the campaign, and he's using a prepaid card so there's not even any statements at all to show. Need to have this fixed urgently as it's been a problem for a week and I can't figure out how to get over this. Does anyone have any advice I have a call with him coming up soon and need to get it sorted.

Hey guys, I'm trying to create a landing page funnel for a client and have questions around best practices for page tracking. This funnel will have multiple pages ie. lead form, informational page, booking calendar etc. I am familiar with how to setup pixel code to track page view but that is essentially as far as my knowledge goes with tracking. I have found it difficult to work out where to locate this data within ads manager also. How can I; (1) monitor what pages people are hitting and where they are dropping off, (2) find this information in ads manager and ensure it is being used by fb to accurately optimise for conversion? Thanks

@Pauline Mitchell Do you guys typically start the billing subscription one month from the day they pay the first fee? Or do you wait a week or so to get things setup before you setup the subscription for the next month. Thanks :)
