Hello everyone I have a question regarding the Department of Labor changes. Are there any experts in here that understand Department of Labor the salary threshold increase for 2025? ....for example a non-profit with a part-time director of development 25 hours and a part-time director of marketing 10 hours both paid as exempt salaried workers, both below the wage threshold for exempt salaried workers. I need to understand 😪 😫

Hi, I'm Paula, fiance , and mother of an 18-year-old 🎓. I recently stepped away from the traditional classroom to become the Executive Director of Development for a nonprofit public school foundation. Alongside that, I own a small business, manage staff, and handle the bookkeeping for a commercial cleaning business. I also have a little side hustle selling mobile charging blocks 🔋.
