And it makes sense that social media groups about moving to or living in Madeira have been started and have grown popular. But it’s a bitter sweet experience for genuine Madeira appreciators and curious outsiders trying to decide if they should move to Madeira. We love the pictures of scenery and the useful information about what to try next, but feel disappointed with the level of rudeness and growing infiltration of spam and trolls.
