Looking for new workouts
I'm mainly looking for variety to mix up my workouts and keep things interesting.

@Brandon Beauchesne-Hebert I have a variety I try to do weekly. I try to ride my bike at least twice a week, I recently bought a vibration plate which really helps, and do a variety of pushups/dips/lunges/hanging to work on strength.
First Post, Thirsty for first Handstand Push Up in 2026
Hello team! :) I've been enjoying gym visits for quite some time and have always mixed in some body movement like pull-ups, dips, push-up, etc. I'd love to unlock a HSPU this year and hope to find the information to aid me in this quest here. I can do many pull ups, and even a dozen or so assisted HSPU but when it comes to just a handstand just a few seconds maybe 5 unassisted. Looking forward to grow with this community.

I just did a handstand this week for the first time. I attempted a small pushup, but I've got a ways to go to accomplish that apparently.
