Working at UPS loading 747s,767s, and other cargo planes in the dead of winter with 60ft high snow drifts coming off the sorting building. Temps fluctuated from 10° to -30° with the wind chill. The air ramps we worked on had rollers to move the 4,000lb + air cans full of mail and could amputate your foot in a split second if you weren't paying attention to the direction it was traveling. I worked night crew and learned how to battle freezing temps, dangerous tasks, and sleep deprivation. It was my first job that required me to be cognizant of my surroundings and work like a man. I learned how to do hard work that I could be proud of accomplishing.

Welcome to the inner circle. I didn’t build this group for spectators—I built it for World Builders. This is where we move the needle on the 5 Pillars: Fitness, Finance, Family, Faith, and Freedom. If you’re here to watch, you’re in the wrong place. If you’re here to execute, here is how we win together: 1. The Level 1 Challenge: Break the Ice Don’t be a ghost. The fastest way to hit Level 2 and unlock exclusive content is to get active. Comment on this thread right now and tell us: The Goal: What is the #1 thing you are chasing this month? The Standard: What is the hardest thing you’ve done in the last 24 hours? The Vision: Why are you here? 2. The Daily Execution Check-In We move every single day—no excuses. Whether you're hitting the pavement or the treadmill, post a screenshot of your steps in the community feed daily. Pro Tip: Don't just post yours; go like and comment on three other people's check-ins. That is how we build the culture of accountability. 3. Claim Your Wins (#MemberWins) Small wins lead to massive victories. Hit a PR? Logged your macros? Drank your Greens & Reds without missing a beat? Post it using the #MemberWins tag. We are here to hype you up and keep that momentum rolling. 4. Weekly Live Q&As (Don't Miss These) I’m going Live every week to dive deep into nutrition, supplement protocols, and the mindset required to lead. Action Step: Check the "Calendar" tab for the next session. Can’t make it? Drop your question in the community feed or my inbox 24 hours prior. 5. Own the Leaderboard I am always watching the contributors. Those who provide value, answer questions, and stay consistent will be recognized. The Reward: Each month, the person at the top of the Leaderboard wins [a 1-on-1 Strategy Call or a $10 Gift Card].

Thank you for getting me on board with this team of great folks! I'm excited to get better! LG!!!!
FALL OF
To get back on track after a "fall off," focus on these three steps: Show Up (The Entry Point): Forget the heavy PRs for a day. Just break the streak of inactivity by getting through the gym doors or completing your mile walk. Momentum starts with the first step. Reset Your Fuel: Fix the nutrition immediately. Getting your hydration and supplement routine (like your 1st Phorm stack) back in order provides an early daily "win" that builds discipline for the workout. Focus on Routine, Not Results: Don't worry about how you look or feel right now. Simply commit to your schedule and the clock. Discipline is about doing the work even when the motivation is gone. What will you do today to get back on track? 1st person to guess the weight of my ruck correctly gets a free prize.

I fell off from the gym everyday making the excuse that all these other workouts would lead me to fatigue. Giving myself an out. Not cool. Started going back to the gym yesterday. Everyday is DAY ZERO! LG!
Losing motivation/progress … how to recover?
Hello, I’ve been sick for the past week. I feel like I’ve lost progress in my weight gain journey. Before I was sick I weighted 180 LB now I’m back down to 175 LB. During that time I still worked at my job that requires me to walk quite a bit. I still tried to hit my step goals & water intake to help my recovery. After my sickness, when I stepped on the scale and saw I dropped 5 pounds I felt defeated. All my work I’ve put in just washed away in a week. I used to be 315 LB and dropped down to 175 LB and along that journey there were stalemate when my body would plateau and I had to fight through it. I understand that everybody’s body is different and we’re all fighting our own little things in the world. My advice for you all is if you’re feeling defeated. Pray ask for strength and motivation. Find something/someone that motivates you. Ask for advice. We’re all in this TOGETHER!!!
