This community started from a realization I had after thousands of rides working in the rideshare industry. Most people think platforms like Lyft, DoorDash, Upwork, and others are just gigs. Temporary work. Something you do until you find something “better.” But one day I said something by accident that changed how I see it. The platform is the soil. And what grows from that soil depends on how you use it.
