The rep from Paradise Point Housing (via Furnished Finders) tells me that insurance companies no longer pay broker fees, and she feels the only way I could monetize on a unit I found for them is if it was a sublease, which the unit I found available does not alow. Any thoughts on this?

My home is fully furnished with: Cream colored sofas White bedding Fenced backyard Current pet terms: Security deposit to $3,000 due to the size and number of dogs and $750 non-refundable pet fee. On one hand, this looks like the type of tenant we all want: Professional careers Relocating for work Selling a home 4.5-month stay Furnished Finder references On the other hand: Three large dogs Furnished home Light-colored furniture and bedding Additional wear and tear is almost inevitable Would you pursue this tenant? Yes....or stay away? If so, what would your pet fee and security deposit be? Curious how others in the group would structure this one.
