Why the "How-To" isn't enough.
I’ve spent a lot of time in groups like this one and the Synthesizer community. The information being shared is world-class. We have the maps, the scripts, and the strategies. But I noticed a gap in my own business: Knowing what to do didn't mean I was doing it. I found myself "learning" for 6 hours a day to avoid the 1 hour of work that actually moved my bank account. I was busy, but I wasn't growing. The 4 Levers: I had to simplify everything down to 4 categories. If I wasn't doing one of these, I wasn't allowed to call it "work": 1. Traffic (Outreach/Content) 2. Level-Up (Value/Authority) 3. Sales (Offers/Calls) 4. Product (Building Assets) The Registry: I built a simple Scoreboard (The TALLY Registry) to track these 4 levers every day. No fluff, no "maintenance," just a binary 1 or 0 on the tasks that scale. If you’re like me—you have the knowledge, you have the group, but you're struggling with the consistent volume—this might be the missing piece. I’m opening up the Registry to a few more founders who want to stop "playing house" and start logging real volume to build their skool groups. I wrote a "Skool Autopsy" on how I use these 4 levers to audit my day. If it helps you stay on track with what you’re learning in your other groups, you’re welcome to it. Check my bio for the link or let me know if you want the breakdown.
[FREE] 1-Page Goal Audit + Registry Access
I just hit a 10-day execution streak toward my $125k goal. I was able to do it because I stopped setting "vague goals" and started using one objective, defined exactly what "done" meant, and set a clock, which made it impossible to skip a day. I’m giving away the 1-page PDF I used to audit my objective: - Step 1: Select your End Game. - Step 2: Define "Done" (The Binary Test). - Step 3: Set the Clock. Since I can't DM yet (Level 2 life lol), I put the download link at the top of my About Page. P.S. I’m looking for 25 "Founding Members" to join the daily scoreboard for free. Use theskoolclassifieds as the code answer and I will send you a free invite to join. Then post your objective in the registry and start tracking!

TALLY: A Mandatory Scoreboard for Measured Results.
TALLY is built for one specific purpose: to provide a high-clarity registry for your current objective. Before you post your first day of work, you must complete the Registry: - END GAME: You declare the specific final result. - DEFINITION OF DONE: You define the binary metric that proves the build is finished. - ESTIMATED COMPLETION: You set a hard timeframe. The TALLY Rules: 1. Focus: One End Game at a time. We finish the build, then we start the next one. 2. Alignment: Every daily post must be a direct step toward your declared result. 3. Scoreboard: Each day is a Tally or a Zero. There is no middle ground. If you are looking for a dedicated space to log raw execution and track your streak toward a measurable target, the first 25 founding members are free. Just mention this group as the code when you ask to join. Register your target here: tallyproject.com

This or That? Creators Edition
Quick vote: A. I love creating solo B. I wish I had more people to bounce ideas off of No wrong answer, just curious šŸ‘€ I’ve noticed a lot of creatives fall somewhere in between, which is why I started a space for content creators to connect and collaborate in a fun, friendly community. If that sounds like your kind of thing, come join us. Hopeful Creators Circle

I say more people, but I might discuss stuff all day instead of actually creating something and getting the job done!
Hold yourself accountable.
Working toward a goal and want to hold yourself accountable? Great join TALLY. 😁 You post once a day to tell the group if you put in the work today to get closer to your goal. No excuses. You either start or continue a streak by posting if You got a TALLY (point) or kill a streak with a Zero (no points) for the day. Oh, you also attach a pic as proof for the tally or the zero. Whichever way it goes you get to do it all over again tomorrow and put up a TALLY or a Zero. First 25 members are free, just mention the group as the code when you ask to join. Attached are a few of the TALLYs I got this week.
