Random Midjourney Question
Random question Hugo — in one of your videos you mentioned you used to work with Midjourney early on, but not anymore. I know you used it for shot references back then. My guess: a lot of what Midjourney generates just doesn't translate into real-world production. Is that why you dropped it? Thanks!

I watched this video made with Seedance and loved it. What got me most was the reinterpretation, the characters' expressions, and how it tells a universal story with barely any dialogue. The use of silence and pauses really hit me. Since we're working on treatments right now, thought it'd be worth sharing. https://x.com/jordandchesney/status/2074520674744320217

Meta Muse
Meta just released Muse Image, their new AI image generation model — and I got to test it firsthand. First impressions: it sits somewhere between GPT Image (ChatGPT) and Nano Banana in output quality — not quite matching either at their best, but a serious entry from Meta Superintelligence Labs. The orange frisbee shot above is 100% Muse Image, straight out of the tool, the other it's nano's. You can try it free at meta.ai

Nano's works best for that. I compared side by side with GPT. and most of the times Nano rocks in product integration. BTW I use Gemin's Flow for testing I guess you do the same.

This is my submission — Out of Frame. It flips the purpose-ad formula: the product itself won't play along, and walks off the fake set mid-shoot. No fake purpose, just better choices. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Cxm-UosjZNSriaibFLY6Jv9BsA1Rh47w/view?usp=sharing
Weekly Challenge Feedback + NEW Challenge
Hello friends, I've been a day late on the feedback and new challenge due to a running accident (also missed the live Q&A 😕) but we have the videos already online! So check them please. 🚨I'm NOT HAPPY with the feedback I had to give 🚨 Then, for the new challenge we have followed a community suggestion (thanks @Paul Bande 🙌) with a small twist from @Maria Vinagre It's gonna be fun. Please watch the video carefully and make a great work! PS The new challenge will be reviewed in 2 weeks as Maria and I are going to Tblisi to speak here https://gtwt.ge/lineup if anyone is attending let us know! And if you want to attend we can give disc codes

So next challenge it is going to be reviewed on Thursday, 25th of June, right? This might give us more time to develop some interesting concepts.

CAMPO ABIERTO A fictional Loewe × Harry Winston collaboration Campo Abierto reimagines the World Cup not as a sporting event but as a stage for restraint, tension, and quiet drama — translating the emotional architecture of football (rivalry, injury, penalty, triumph) into the visual language of high fashion. Set against the dry, sun-bleached landscapes of rural Spain — cracked earth, silver olive groves, a flat gray sky — the series strips away stadiums, crowds, and noise. What remains is two women, a single object, and the held breath before something happens. Each spread corresponds to a moment in the match — Túnel, Centro, Roja, Lesión, Penalty, Victory — but renders it through stillness rather than action. A watermelon, smashed or balanced or untouched, stands in for the violence the sport implies but the imagery refuses to show literally. Harry Winston jewelry appears not as adornment but as narrative device: a diamond sunburst ring catching light during a face-off, a jeweled ice pack offering aftercare instead of athletic tape. The result is a campaign that borrows football's emotional vocabulary — rivalry, pain, ritual — without ever showing a ball in play. It's sport as still life: elegant, tense, and deliberately ambiguous about who's winning. https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1i_z110p35Vo1rqklWb3uw9UyoQx9hVJKusFFVtT9P3I/edit?usp=sharing
