We’re heading into another weekend, and this is where the Reset really matters. It’s easy to stay on track Monday through Thursday when life has structure. The weekend is where routines change, plans come up, meals are less predictable, and that little voice starts saying: “I’ll get back at it Monday.” 🚫 Not this weekend. You don’t need to be perfect. You don’t need to skip dinner with friends. You don’t need to spend your entire weekend meal prepping and working out. You just need to stay intentional. 💥 Get your steps. 💥 Prioritize your protein. 💥 Drink your water. 💥 Get the extra workout done. 💥 Make better choices MOST of the time. 💥 Get some sleep. 💥 And if one meal doesn’t go according to plan — MOVE ON. The next decision is a new opportunity. Remember: One bad meal doesn’t ruin your progress. One missed workout doesn’t ruin your progress. But turning one decision into an entire weekend can. Yesterday I posted your Friday/Saturday/Sunday weekend structure — GO BACK AND READ IT. I laid out exactly what I want you focusing on with your workouts, food and expectations for the weekend. You don’t have to guess what to do. Follow the plan. And when motivation isn’t there? Do it anyway. Motivation gets you excited. Discipline gets you results. Every walk counts. Every workout counts. Every protein-focused meal counts. Every time you say “I’m going to stick with this” instead of giving yourself an excuse — THAT COUNTS. 🔥 10,000 steps is the target. 🔥 12,000 is GREAT. 🔥 15,000 is PHENOMENAL. If you’re sore, use the recovery room. If you’re struggling with food, go back to the basics. If you’ve had a rough couple of days, don’t wait until Monday. Your reset can start with your very next decision. We aren’t even halfway through this program yet. There is SO MUCH TIME to make progress, build momentum and surprise yourself with what you can accomplish over these 8 weeks. Some of you are crushing it right now. Some of you are quietly doing the work. Some of you know you could be giving me more.
