I thought I could run free, $100/month, and $1k/month all inside one community. Romantic idea. Terrible in practice. People who upgraded on their own? > Zero. Sales from running ads to paid offers inside my free community? > Zero. Feedback from my VIP clients? "It's too noisy. There's 11,500 people in here. I don't even want to post." So after 16 weeks of building out this model — and growing a new offer to $50k/m — I killed it. Made 1 pivot… 15 sales from 1 post in 24 hours. I made a video breaking down what went wrong, what I replaced it with, and the realization that changed how I think about free communities entirely. P.S. I also lost my Instagram during all this. So I'm a YouTuber now. Be gentle.

Hey Lifestyle Founders… Important Update for you: ➡️ I am no longer involved in the current offers in this community. A few of you have reached out in the DMs so I just wanted to make it explicitly clear for all our peeps. @Dan Harrison and I are still soul brothers… but as we move forward in 2026, we are working in different directions.
