Would anyone know what the sweet spot for retell ai tokens usage would be? Mine is currently just under 8k, and im wondering if that is too much?

I keep getting the problem where I book a appointment for a specific time inside of retell Ai chat , for example 2:30, but then it would book it at 3:30 inside of my google calendar? Would anyone know a fix?

Would anyone recommend offering a free week trial of a Ai Receptionist to a client? Or would it be better to offer a 3 day free trial, or no trial at all because of all the costs that are involved in keeping it running.
