Hey how on earth do I get online updated lists from counties? Thats where I’m stuck! I’ve typed in for example Harris county Texas surplus funds list Harris county Tx excess proceeds list ect. I’m getting nothing! I’m doing it in Illinois, Ohio, South Carolina, MN And almost all the time I’m getting Tax Sales information when I’m doing mortgage Foreclosures. I’m not seeing online lists. Can anyone help with this please I’m confused and frustrated. Does anyone have any tricks they use? Or am I just supposed to call the county court clerk all the time in the counties?

I’m trying to decide on which training course to focus on and buy first. The National surplus funds course or the Tax surplus strike course. Which one would be the most beginner friendly and easiest to start, and once I do a few that I could get the research process down to 15-20 minutes per file with. also that has the highest chance of getting more deals put under contract? If a case has had the surplus funds sent but not cashed and the money is now sitting in an unclaimed funds list waiting for the owner or appropriate person to claim it can the case be worked or is it considered claimed?

Hello everyone! I’m new here. @Shawn Buige I love the partnership program set up you have for us. 1. So when i get trained and do the research part and it looks like a good one and submit the deal do we submit it to a private portal within your company and we get to see where the deal is at in each stage all the way to knowing when we will be paid or do we just submit blindly and just cross our fingers and not have any idea and no updates and just get surprised out of the blue with a check in the mail one day? 2. How does that whole process work for tracking and updates on each submission? Because if I submit let’s say 100 to you I would be for sure following up at least once if not a couple times a week asking about the status and for updates on each one for sure. 3.In the training do you go over a certain amount or a minimum dollar amount to go after? I know we all want the large dollar ones but is there a minimum to stay within or above otherwise it’s just not worth going after? 4.What’s the % of closing a deal and getting paid? Is there like a certain number of files we need to research and submit and out of that number a certain amount will pay out or is it kinda like luck of the draw type thing? 5.What does the average partner make a month/year researching and submitting files to your company? How much time does it take on average to research a single file to see if it’s good or not to submit? 6. do you pay us a % up front if you are certain the deal will close so we don’t have to wait a 1,3,6 months to get paid? I heard these can take a few months or more to get paid out. Those are just some questions to start with. Looking forward to your response. Thanks
