Need Help
I have a seller, who is in Foreclosure. She lives in another state (Mississippi). Her house is in Florida. She has been trying to get rid of the house for 10 years. She owes 159k, however with the jugement it is now 312k. How much, do I write up the agreement for? Need assistance, Possible JV, Help?

Probate
I have deal under contract for 61,500, I got it negotiated down to 54,000 because of the probate. Now the buyer wants to The price to 58,000. I already sent it to the Title company. It is a 2/1. That the teller made a 3/1.

Power Dialer?
There are leads that I have tagged with power dialer. In Xleads however they are not showing under the manual actions. Can anyone assist with this?

Plus I have a property under contract that I need assistance with.... It's a 2 /1. With the seller putting on a third bedroom that more than likely is not permitted. It is also a probate situation.

I put it in sellmypaper.com however I got no response when I had it under $61,500. I got a reduction to $54,000. The seller is willing to do an extension on the agreement in order to facilitate to probate
