Digital query
Hi, I’m trying to understand how some Etsy sellers are setting up their listings. I’ve noticed physical wall art listings that have an option/variation such as “Digital Email – within 24 hours”, alongside the physical print options. How is this actually set up on Etsy? If the listing is primarily a physical product, how can the seller offer a digital file by email without having to add tracking? More importantly, how does this work with Etsy Star Seller? If the buyer chooses the digital email option, does that order get excluded from the on-time dispatch/tracking metric, meaning it won’t negatively affect the shop’s Star Seller status? I’m seeing established shops using this setup while still displaying the Star Seller badge, so I’d really like to understand exactly how they’re doing it and whether this is an Etsy-supported setup. Thanks!

@Bart Tutaj HI Bart do you have a seperate shop for your digital listings or just list them under a different section. How does this affect your returns policy as there is normaly no returns on digital but there is on physical, and last question do you worry that it wont print properly and you will get negative feedback, if i use glossy paper in my printer is smudges all over and i worry that might happen it a customer thanks
Midjourney V Artistly
Hi So as much as I want to keep costs down whist starting up I do understand that all small business do incur some costs, and its about spending wisely, I will be using AI to help me with my designs but am unsure which to use. I have the free version of Canva but i'm not a fan, I was thinking about either Artisry or Midjourney but really don't know enough about either of them so looking for some advice on which is the best and most user friendly. Thanks

@Bart Tutaj Hi i'm new to this and really not very techy I have looked at Midjourney but don't want to commit to a monthly payment at this time, I looked at Meta.ai through Facebook and did manage to crate something, but there was no option to upscale, do I need to do this ? Also I thought I would be able to make edits in Canva but that wasn't an option either. Will the print quality be good enough, sorry for all the questions, I have watched the tutorials several times and will keep going back to them.

Ratios/Sizing Help
Hi all 👋 New here and looking for some newbie guidance. Just setting up my first listing and wanted to know how you all deal with different ratios/sizes and customer satisfaction. By that I mean I have my prints in all ratios but the image advertised in the listing is an A size, so when a customer orders something like a 2:3 variant, the image will be cropped slightly and the text I have at the bottom on both sides will have different spacing/alignment etc. I know it's funamentally the same print but has anyone ever had any isses when the customer's print arrives and they notice it's slightly different to what was shown on the listing? Thanks!

@Daizy Wood Rowe Thats the way I read it as well do the A2 first and that will cover the A sizes, which printshrimp sort out, then if you gey a request for the other set of sizes you just do one and that covers the rest of them as well
