I wanted to counter this piece of fear bait by saying they just mentioned the monthly foreclosures without any context but the context doesn't make it muuuuuch better. Normally we see a spring rise of 8% or so. This year (2026) we are seeing a general increase of 26%. They seem to be concentrated in a few markets but its hard to say if that's the whole cause. Still some spring yet to be sprung but we're not there yet.
