80% handling arpegio on Misty. I followed the chords I chose before. The greatest aspect is that they are quite easy to memorize. They follow the chords positions. I found the notes for each of them by only listening, instead of counting and calculating. Next will be to add the middle notes for each of them to get the scales.
We've all been there: searching for a backing track here in YouTube; noodling and practicing aimlessly, maybe with a pentatonic scale. In this video, we'll discover how to , build a solid foundation, and implement effective soloing strategies. Resources HERE Watch here:
A Quick question around 3rd and 7th. The third is 3 tones, and the seventh is a tone below the first, correct? So, if I have a chord on Bflat, the third will be D, and the seventh will be A flat.
@Mentor Marc-Andre Labelle Yes, it helps. I recall now the harmony 101 with the chord structure. Now finding the 3rd and 7th in Misty, I notice that, when you choose the same chord pattern when it's minor or major, then the fingering to find the 3rd and 7th is much easier! Thanks you all for replies!
As I was at chord melody 101 in the concierge path, so I keep going on with that. there qare still some mistakes, and catch up with the beat, but for me it big progress. The 5 pilars really help. https://youtube.com/watch?v=IIL8XinhQrw&si=9ebj1DiwwdMuJ-LL
