Bio: I've been carnivore for a while now. Joining the group to get to better health and eliminate more items from my diet.

Bio: Carnivore 1/1/2024 Down 60 pounds 40 to go Improved mobility, reduced pain and inflammation. Corcadian rhythm 3/24 making headway with sleep + peace.

Bio: 74 year old overcomer. Carnavore for 6 months now seriously. Once I saw Dr. Chaffee videos I haven't looked back. Overcome!
