Hi, I heard there is a new policy that we have to file BEA-15 Report from my accountant. What is it about and is that necessary for a non-US resident LLC?

how to change the Company Adress with the State !?

Hi @Muzaffer G. check the form "Statement of Information." This form is straightforward and can usually be submitted online, by mail, or in person, depending on the state.
