Hi, I heard there is a new policy that we have to file BEA-15 Report from my accountant. What is it about and is that necessary for a non-US resident LLC?

Issue of announcing annual report
Hi, I formed my LLC in Wyoming. When I try to file annual report on my own from this site(https://wyobiz.wyo.gov/Business/AnnualReport.aspx), I can't choose country while checkout(Click the dropdown and it's totally blank). Is there anyone face the same issue? How to solve it?
