Cyst like bump.
Hello, ladies! I’ve developed a bump under my skin that feels like a cyst where I injected MOT-C. I’ve injected three other times around my belly button with no problems. It appeared the next day, and it’s been 48 hours, and it’s still there. It’s big and sticks out from my belly. I’m reaching out to see if anyone else has experienced this. I’ve been injecting for over two years and have never had anything like this before. Feeling concerned.

Did you try a Zyrtec or similar? It helped me.

I don’t have this issue w MOTS but I’ve had little welts w other, like NAD and copper … I started using a slightly longer needle for the more stingy ones and it helped me … 1/2inch. Easy to take subq and it gets it further in. Hope everything worked out (I love mots).
GLP-2(Tirz)
Has anyone ordered the 30mg vial from Peptique? How’s it going for you? I’m switching from Zepbound and feel a little anxious about it. How much BAC water did you add? I’ve never reconstituted such a large mg vial and don’t see it on the reconstitution chart.

@Carey Huyser well … it all started with the GLP1. For me compounded TZ. It saved my life. Inflammation down - unlocked the metabolic block (a 15 year grow). And now, with other studies resulting in improved cognitive and heart health - welcome threads of hope with my lineage. This 57+ post menopause, blah blah blah - feels super lucky to have found the courage to begin (despite the nay-sayers and fear-mongering) - and frankly, who in my shoes can’t help but wonder what other peptides might benefit. My goal is to heal, restore, boost. It’s been harder than I thought to find an integrative/functional health specialist in my town (I’m sure they’re here, but I’m past my 4th consult and no match yet). So. I am glad to find a space for sharing. It will help. Is there a search option? Do you have a fave Carey?

@Kim Kolls hellO - for immune boost: - glutathione (split dose 2X/wk) - thymosin alpha-1 (3X/wk) - Tara’s amino blend (vit b+) 1-2X/wk - D3/K2 (oral supp daily) - Cymbiotica’s Vit-C (liposomal/daily) I recently started ramping up TA-1 heading into the holidays. Keeping this in my stack for a bit. Loving glutathione btw. Feeling FAB🤩
Calendar - hitting all bases
Ok Ladies - I’ll be turning 58 end of the month. For the last 1.5+ I’ve been working on improving my health. Overall - feeling much much better. - Always working on FOUNDATION - GLP2 (metabolics) ✅ - Gut health (on IT)✅ - Skin (on it) ✅ - Detox / antioxidants ✅ - Immune health (in-progress) Next UP: sleep/healing; bioregulators: telomere lengthening … How do ladies around my age plan their optimization cycles? So many bases to cover. Someone asked me what’s most important to you? Answer: all of me. Any/all suggestions welcome🤩

I didn’t know dexa showed fat distribution too? I just got mine - I’ll check for this.I didn’t pay enough attention to my dexa results fr 8-10 years ago … the start of osteopenia. I should have been taking vitaminD3/K2 back then (my defense: no one mentioned). Sounds like you’re on it🙂 Sounds like you’re on it.
