Are You Up For A Challenge...?
Whether you are looking for visibility, traffic, connections, or conversions, it all starts with consistency. If you've been meaning to start posting in the CLASSIFIEDS or you have been meaning to be more consistent OR you are just not sure what to actually post, this is your week! Beginning on Thursday, we will do a 6-Day Challenge to help you engage more, build more, and profit more. In the past, these challenges have been really popular and have led to new members, new connections, and new collaborations. Here's how it works: 1. Each day, I will post a new #post and pin it. You will then respond IN A NEW POST with the #Hashtag in the title. This does not count as your one post of the day - it is a bonus! 2. After you create your post, you then find three other posts that speak to you and leave an engaging comment that inspires conversation or follow-up. This is where the real magic happens! That's it. It's pretty simple. I know it's a holiday weekend for some, but this whole endeavour should take no more than 10 minutes, so it's a great way to stay active without having to spend too much time or too much energy. So..... who's in?!?!?!?

The Winning Combination! ๐Ÿ†
There are a lot of people out there right now who will tell you they can help you start your Skool community. But here's what makes the Build Lab different. I'm not someone who discovered Skool and decided to teach it. I'm an award-winning educator with years of experience developing courses and curriculum and helping others create high-quality, high-impact courses and memberships. I've taken that entire body of expertise and brought it into the Skool space. That means when you bring your questions into the Build Lab Standard tier, you're not just getting answers about where to click. You're getting support that is rooted in a deep understanding of what actually makes a community work, what makes people stay, and what makes the whole thing worth building in the first place. That combination? You're not going to find it anywhere else. Here's what Lesley R had to say about working with me: "Shannon has been an amazing coach throughout the journey of building my Membership site. She offered such great advice, always steering me towards decisions that made the process smoother and perfectly aligned with what my ideal customer would love. Her guidance was not just professional but felt personal and supportive, like having a friend who truly gets what you're aiming for. I'm so grateful for her help and couldn't have done it without her!" Friday, the doors open. Are you ready? ๐Ÿ‘€

General Discussion
Please Introduce Yourself
One of the most important things I've learned since becoming an online entrepreneur is that the most important thing you can do to grow your business is to build relationships. Many of us (myself included) have rushed to promote our groups and services that we care so deeply about. And it only makes sense - we are excited about what we are doing! Today, I'd like to invite you to take a step back and introduce yourself to the group by answering the following questions: 1. Who are you personally? 2. Who are you professionally? 3. What is something you love doing outside of work? 4. What is something surprising about you? As you open up and make more connections, you will find that not only are people more interested in what you do, but they will also be more interested in helping you make connections with other people they know! ๐Ÿ˜‰ After you introduce yourself, please scroll through the other introductions and add a comment to someone you have something in common with or would like to know more about. ๐Ÿ˜Š Please add your introduction in the comments below! โฌ‡๏ธ

@Katie d'Ath the thing that initially drew me in to In Death books is the timeline, the story begins around February 13, 2058, and features Lieutenant Eve Dallas investigating a murder in a world where technology and artificial intelligence are highly advanced following a period known as the Urban Wars. I love technology and have been a COBOL programmer in my youth so these โ€œpredictionsโ€ of how the world will be like with AI in our midst intrigued me. I was hooked. Some of the AI things written in the books (the first one released in 1995) is happening and had happened already.

#MoreVisibilityMonday โค๏ธ Consistency Doesn't Come From Motivation
Motivation is fine. I'm not against it. But it's not a reliable building material. It shows up when things feel exciting and disappears the minute life gets ordinary, stressful, or boring. What actually builds consistency is something less glamorous: repeated small actions, especially in the moments when you don't feel like it. Not white-knuckling through a perfect plan, but doing the next right thing, recovering faster when you get off track, and not turning one rough day into a full identity crisis. That sounds simple. And the concepts are. But learning to do it without drama, without a big restart, without needing everything to be perfect before you try again? That takes practice. Inside Fit Women 50+, we're building those reps. Not chasing motivation highs, or waiting for the right week. Just doing the thing, consistently, in real life, even when real life is messy. ๐Ÿ’™ Women 50+. Small, steady, and it adds up.

This is a good group to hang out, @Kathy Fluch's Women Fit 50+. No dieting, no shame - just what to do in the moment everything falls apart, so you can keep promises to yourself without relying on willpower. Highly recommended!

When AI feels it's moving too fast!
Ever felt like AI is moving too fast, and no matter how many tools you try, it still doesn't feel solid? That's ๐—ป๐—ผ๐˜ a you problem. That's a missing thinking step problem. I just finished rebuilding ๐—”๐—œ ๐—ฃ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ต๐˜„๐—ฎ๐˜†๐˜€ ๐—›๐˜‚๐—ฏ from the ground up, because I realized my community wasn't clear enough for the people I most wanted to serve: experienced professionals 40+ who want to use AI strategically, not just collect more tools. One for understanding AI strategically. One for building with it. No overwhelm. No jumping in at the wrong level. It's free. And the door is open. ๐Ÿ‘‰ AI Pathways Hub If you know someone who's been quietly struggling with AI โ€” this was built for them.

@Kathy Fluch Kathy, thank you so much! This genuinely made my day. ๐Ÿ™ Having you in the community means everything. Your kind words say more about YOU showing up fully than anything I've done.

@Faith Adebayo Great question Faith. Most arrive using AI reactively, copying prompts, switching tools when results disappoint, hoping something sticks. The first shift I focus on is getting them to slow down and define what they actually need before they open any AI tool. That one change alone transforms their results. The recipes and lists phase is just the beginning, once they see AI as a thinking partner rather than a shortcut, everything changes.
