I say “pop off” as a total newb - but 4K views and 168 new subscribers from 1 vid feels like I went viral relative to how it has been going lol. Anyways - I’m putting in the reps. Getting feedback. I got my AI stack, Claude pro and Google AI studio, both on an anual plan. And since my company registration is still pending (France...). I prompted Claude to draft me my business plan with a summary outline. It did a banger of a job, YouTube strategy, Skool management with Claude, Coaching offer architecture, 5 year financial projection, 18 Months launch roadmap, KPIs and all. I'm still struggling with it being able to format that in a A4 Pdf, tho I probably need to connect it with Canva or something to be able tweak it a bit.
