Weighted calisthenics
Do you think I should put a day of weighted in my program? Will it improve my skills?

I personally recommend no but you can use it to make your progressions harder so that when you take of the weight (if you were to do push ups) push ups will become easier with only your body weight.
Handstand
Trying to learn one arm handstand but my two arm handstand hold is not consistent any tip?

Is it okay to do calisthenics and use dumbells for like half my workouts?

I personally recommend no but you can use dumbbells to help you with your biceps too.

Handstand
I’ve been working on handstand for a bit of late but I can’t stop my self from falling backwards( like the side I kick up from) abd I don’t know how to balance that out for th times I don’t kick high enough or put too much pressure and force my self back on accident. How could I fix this

I recommend to use the wall . So it will help with your balance.
