So I want to lock in this time. For the past year I haven't been serious so my progress are... Pathetic I'd say. But now, I want to lock in. I want to master the basic first but I forgot what are they. Can you guys give me tips and rep range before training the skills in order?

Just build up the foundational strength through things like pushups, pullups, Dips, Squats, planks, stuff like that.

Great job, still is a handstand press but I would say try to slow it down and use less momentum from your jump and more strength from your shoulder

Is it okay to do calisthenics and use dumbells for like half my workouts?

Could someone give me a basic workout for callisthenics each day or just 1 workout a day that targets everything and maybe how much reps and sets of it
