Could someone give me a basic workout for callisthenics each day or just 1 workout a day that targets everything and maybe how much reps and sets of it
I am a complete beginner and I work on my calisthenics but I want a beginner workout from someone else who has advanced in their skills and has been successful with their beginner workout.
I use the app called thenx. Its very good for beginners and helped me progress a ton. It helps you build up strength for skills. There is a beginner, intermediate, and advanced setting. And you can take rest day saturday Sunday or both.
How do I get enough strength to do handstand pushups? I can do pseudo pushups and hard pushup variations but cant do handstand pushups even against the wall.
