An exit plan guidance
Assalamu alaykum Hello everyone, this is Omar here, and I NEED YOUR HELP. I have been trying to escape my 9-6 job for the past 2 years. The job, and the commute time are taking 12hrs daily from my day. I only have 1h daily. This hour need to be for exercise, eating, and everything in between. Basically just to be alive. I have tried to look for jobs that have any technical takes, but they are all rejecting me because I have no experience with them. My goal is to be an AI developer, then build my Own AI Agency. I have never coded in my life, and I am feeling extremely stressed and burnt out from my job. Customer service @ Amazon. Can anyone give me a piece of advice on how to get out? And exit plan? Lend your little brother a helpful hand.

14 Life Lessons From Alex Hormozi
1. 🧠 You make better decisions and learn more by assuming that you are dumber than everyone else. To make better decisions, you need to learn. And the first requisite for learning is not talking. 2. 💪 The hardest respect to earn is one’s own. Behavior change leads to reputation change. Respect yourself first, and others will begin to respect you as a result. 3. 🗣️ If you want to control what people think, control what they say. Equip people with simple language to describe what you have. Help people talk about your products or services with words they understand. 4. 📚 You get more out of reading 1 great book 5 times than out of reading 5 mediocre books. If your behavior doesn’t change as a result of reading a book, it means you have learned nothing. Find something that is good and suck everything out of it. 5. 🏆 Most champions do not have something you don’t have; they lack something you have. Champions have a singular focus and are willing to say no to everything else. Champions sacrifice more. 6. 🤝 Goodwill compounds faster than money. Goodwill grows significantly faster than any monetary move. Focus on your audience and goodwill. 7. ☠️ You are going to die. Very little weight should be given to other people’s opinions on how we live our lives. If you don’t like the life they have, then it is not worth listening to. 8. 🔁 Extraordinary accomplishments come from doing ordinary things for extraordinary periods of time. If you do one thing for a very long period of time, you will get very good at it, and it will compound onto itself. It’s the commitment to a specific action for extraordinary periods of time that makes someone great. 9. 🎯 If it is worth doing, it is worth doing well. It’s not about getting it done, it’s about doing it well. The ocean between good and great is vast. Be selective about the few things you choose to do that are worth doing. 10. ⚖️ Be willing to negotiate everything except your values. Virtually everything is negotiable. Negotiate the best solution for today and tomorrow.

@Boniface G- Michael The second lesson, my behavior is destroying my life currently
🔥1% up project || DAY 31 || Week 4
Over the past 7 days, I have extracted my most important lessons using careful consideration and action analysis. 🔥1% up project || DAY 31 || Week 4 My focus hours during these days are like the following respectively: - 2:35 hrs || 4:40 hrs || 6:53 hrs || 2:52 hrs || 3:20 hrs || 6:25 hrs || 5:08 hrs 🌙 Prioritize Sleep: A late night equals a ruined tomorrow. Sleep early to bring your best self to work. Your brain and body need rest to perform at their peak. Listen to them. 💪 No Pain, No Gain: Real growth happens when you push past your comfort zone. Instead of overthinking, dive into the task at hand directly. The satisfaction of progress will outweigh any initial resistance. Just start—momentum will follow. 🎯 Laser Focus: Eliminate distractions. No phone, no internet, and no unnecessary conversations until your tasks are done. Focus first; connect later. ⚡ Action Over Overthinking: Don’t wait for the perfect moment—just start. Progress feels better than perfection. ⏰ Know Your Rhythm: If you’re a morning person, harness that energy. If not, work when you feel most energized. Do what works best for you. The end goal is to crush your tasks. 🗓️ Plan With Precision: Be specific about your working hours and deadlines (daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly). Use detailed to-do lists for clarity. 📌 Discipline Is a Habit: Set clear goals, eliminate distractions, and work with purpose. For example: “I will finish my focus hours by 2 PM today no matter what.” 🛠️ Operate by Systems: Success thrives on systems, not just desires. Build clear, principle-based frameworks for work and learning. The most important systems to build are your productivity system and your learning system, at least as a beginner. 🥗 Light Meals, Heavy Results: Keep your meals light during work hours to maintain energy and focus. 🏆 Celebrate Small Wins: Reward yourself after a productive day. Set a specific end time to wrap up your work. 🧐 Think Critically: Not all information online is reliable. Always verify your sources and seek reputable knowledge.

Solving Problems Creates Problems — And That’s a Good Thing 👍
🎯 Every solution brings a new challenge. That’s the magic (and frustration) of business and life, according to Alex Hormozi. Let’s break it down: When you’re broke, being broke is your problem. But solve that with income, and hello, tax headaches. Every step forward brings a new issue to tackle — and that’s the game. 🧠 Here’s the business hack: If you know your customer’s journey, you can predict their next problem. Alex Hormozi suggests solving the first few steps for free or low cost, then setting up the next challenge as a paid solution. Think of it as creating a natural progression: 1️⃣ Solve problems 1 and 2 for your customer. 2️⃣ Let them run into problem 3 (because they will). 3️⃣ Be ready with the solution they’ll gladly pay for. This isn’t just about helping — it’s about designing your product suite to meet them where they are, every step of the way. ✨ Pro tip: The best entrepreneurs don’t just solve problems; they anticipate them. So, what’s your step 3? Or better yet, what’s your customer’s?

🚨 Danger Zone = Comfort Zone
1% UP Project – Day 20 After 11 long days, I’ve finally hit the 6-hour focus threshold again! 🎯 This experience taught me two key lessons that I think are worth sharing: 1️⃣ No pain, no gain. For the past several days, I was feeling too comfortable – even though I thought I was trying hard. The truth? I wasn’t pushing myself to my limits. The moment I embraced the discomfort and reminded myself that growth requires pain, I managed to focus for over 6 hours. If you’re too comfortable, chances are you’re not pushing as hard as you could. 2️⃣ Sleeping early = energy magic. It’s simple but so powerful. Prioritizing sleep has been a game changer for my focus, energy, and productivity. 📸 Want to zoom in the image: https://shorturl.at/UtGUm 👉 How do you balance pushing yourself and staying energized?
