Feedback and Focus: Eight-Week Writing Programme A fully personalised course. You'll have a themed online group session each week. You will be asked about your goals, experience and work in progress, so that each class can be shaped around your manuscript and your sticking points. No generic advice; just targeted support and personal feedback. Each week also includes an optional online mindfulness session using cognitive behavioural techniques to tackle the real enemies: procrastination, self-doubt, and the blank page. Hello everyone my name is Oluwapelumi. I am just a regular person who happens to have spent the last few years deeply involved in helping online communities grow and thrive. I learned early that a community is more than a group of people in one place. It is an ecosystem that needs direction clarity and consistent engagement to stay alive. Over time I have worked with different community owners helping them build stronger online presence increase engagement and create simple systems that turn silent members into active committed participants. My approach is not about doing the most. It is about doing what actually works. In this space I will be sharing practical insights you can apply immediately things that make your community easier to run more enjoyable to manage and more valuable for your members. My goal is to help you understand how to communicate your message build trust and turn your audience into a movement that grows even when you are not online.
